This Litepaper documents what GBC is today, what is already verifiable on-chain, and what remains planned. It intentionally avoids unconfirmed utility, allocation, partnership, listing, return, or price claims.

1. Project overview
Global Capital (GBC) is a digital-asset project using the GBC symbol for a fixed-supply BEP-20 token deployed on BNB Smart Chain. The current project focus is a verifiable token identity, a transparent official website, a non-custodial wallet experience, and direct access to the public GBC/USDT decentralized market.

3. Token contract model
Current bytecode/RPC review and public security-scanner data indicate a simple fixed-supply token. The reviewed snapshot did not detect an owner control, additional minting, transfer pause, blacklist, proxy upgrade path, honeypot behavior, or buy/sell tax.
4. Current infrastructure
Official web identity
The project operates at globalcapitalgbc.com with HTTPS, canonical metadata, bilingual Thai/English content, public token verification, market links, risk disclosures, and machine-readable metadata.
Wallet and swap
The website is non-custodial. Wallet connections are initiated by the user. GBC ⇄ USDT quotes and swaps are routed to the verified PancakeSwap V3 GBC/USDT pool, and approvals are designed for the exact swap amount rather than unlimited approval.
Market visibility
The official site surfaces public market information from DEX Screener and links to BscScan for direct on-chain verification.
5. Transparency and current launch risks
The project currently has two material launch-readiness risks that should remain visible to users:
- Supply concentration: the reviewed public snapshot shows the creator address holding approximately 99.98% of total supply.
- Liquidity: the GBC/USDT pool is live but very small, and the reviewed public snapshot did not report the PancakeSwap V3 liquidity position as locked.
These conditions can materially affect execution, price impact, market confidence, and decentralization claims. The project should not describe these items as solved until they are independently verifiable.

6. Token distribution policy
No official team, treasury, community, marketing, ecosystem, or vesting percentages are declared in this Litepaper because a final verifiable allocation plan has not yet been published. A future allocation plan should identify destination wallets, vesting/unlock rules, and governance over material project reserves.

8. Security model
- Users should verify the complete GBC contract address before every interaction.
- The official website never needs a seed phrase, private key, password, or OTP.
- Wallet approvals and transactions must be reviewed and signed in the user's wallet.
- Low-liquidity swaps can have significant price impact; the website includes an execution guard.
- Third-party scanners are supporting evidence, not substitutes for formal audits.
9. Utility and ecosystem
No future utility is represented as guaranteed. Any application, payment use, staking mechanism, governance feature, partnership, bridge, or exchange integration should be documented only after it exists, has been technically reviewed, and can be verified by users.
